1. Change of Mind Returns 
Full-price items within 14 days.
Contact info@ofarrells.ie with order details.
 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty.
Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Personalised/custom items unless faulty.
-Sale items: final sale, non-returnable.
-Gift vouchers/digital downloads.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items:

Contact within 7 days with photos.
Replacement, repair, or refund offered.

4. Refund Processing Time
