 -Curated range of gifts, homeware, accessories, and personalised items.
-Product descriptions and images are illustrative.
-All items subject to availability.

4. Personalised and Custom Orders
-Ensure all personalised details are correct.
-Cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed unless faulty.
-Allow extra production time.

5. Prices and Payment
-Prices in Euro (€), including VAT.
 -Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
 -Payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.
 -Ownership transfers after full payment.

6. Order Process and Contract Formation
-Order acknowledgement email sent upon placing an order.
-Contract formed upon dispatch confirmation.
-Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for stock, pricing, or payment issues.

7. Delivery
 -Deliver throughout Ireland (and optionally UK/EU).
 -Estimated delivery times may vary.
 -Risk passes on delivery; ownership transfers after full payment.
 -Failed delivery may incur redelivery charges.

8. Returns and Cancellations
-Right to cancel non-personalised, full-price items within 14 days.
 -Personalised/custom items: cannot return unless faulty.
 -Sale items: final sale, non-returnable unless faulty.
 -Returns must be unused, in original packaging; customer pays return postage
-unless item is faulty.
-Refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
 -Damaged/faulty items: contact within 7 days for replacement/refund.

9. Gift Vouchers
-There is no expiry date on our vouchers. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
-Must be redeemed in a single transaction.
-Lost/stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

10. Liability
-Does not affect statutory rights.
-Not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
-Total liability not exceeding price paid.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Intellectual Property
-Content owned by us or licensors; no copying without consent.
